Tonight, I mourn the loss of one of our own, CHP Officer Andre Moye, who was killed during a shootout following a traffic stop. Prayers go out to all, including the responding officers injured in the shooting.

One of the officers wounded was in critical condition, while the other suffered minor injuries, officials said. Earlier, Riverside Police Officer Ryan Railsback said both wounded officers were expected to survive.

Two civilians were injured, but their wounds were largely superficial, according to Parker. One was hospitalized but was expected to be OK.
