Surprised, to learn,to become the leader, or the authority, takes time, and that was one of the things, that I had not taken time to put in place. Was never sure about the audience, and how to reach them. My idea to work on now, is to sell, to explore, and to expand, the foreclosure overage business. 

That is the very definition of an owner who is going through problems, tax liens, losing property in foreclosure, probate cases (finding relatives of the deceased is HARD)
